We had a situation with my mother after she returned from surgery. She was having trouble breathing. Jennifer was talking my mother through the problem and things started getting worse. Jennifer stayed calm and kept talking to her and telling other nurses what she needed to help my mother.
The situation continued to get worse and she got a little stern with the other nurse, my mother appeared to stop breathing and Jennifer completely took control and called the nurses’ station to get an oxygen mask. She took complete control of the situation. I really believe if Jennifer was not there my mother would have been in serious trouble, I thank God for a wonderful nurse and person like her.
