Jennifer Honey exemplifies the tenets of a DAISY Award. I recently rounded on a family that was so grateful for Jennifer's care. The patient came in very anxious and said that Jennifer was very calming and decreased her anxiety. She also said that the plan of care was very clear, which really helped. Her actual quote was, "She was so comforting, I really enjoyed her."
I have witnessed many other instances where Jennifer showed this same level of compassion and caring towards our patients and families.
