There are many amazing things I can say about Jennifer and her skills as a nurse. She is constantly going above and beyond to provide exceptional nursing care to her patients and their families. She is a knowledgeable oncology RN and is a great resource. She is approachable and peers are comfortable going to her with their questions. In the many years I have worked with Jen, I can honestly say I have never heard her complain.
She is a great patient advocate and does whatever she can to make her patients comfortable at all time. She puts her patients’ needs before her own and does nothing but provide outstanding care. I have seen her stay over many days after her shift to make sure that her patients are completely settled before she walks out the door. If the patient is being discharged, she truly completes the discharge and physically walks out with her patients even after her shift ends.
Working with Jen is definitely a pleasure. She is very calm and is funny as well. She is helpful to all her colleagues, always offers to help and I have never heard her complain about her assignments. She is the definition of a “team player” and helps make 7NE a wonderful place to work. Her passion for nursing is recognizable in her enthusiasm for oncology and her dedication to her work. Jen comes to work with a smile on her face and spends every minute trying to provide extraordinary care. We are truly lucky to have Jen as a nurse on 7NE.
