Jennifer Johnson is the epitome of service, caring, concern, and empathy to my patients. My patients will actually call up and ask to talk with HER specifically and not necessarily me. When my elderly ill patients come in and they need a procedure done (IV, foley, etc) she greets them with a smile and a hug. It is that individualized care that she provides, putting the care of patients first, that exemplifies the type of nurse that we all want to have. She also is a tremendous patient advocate, helping to get patients scheduled with other departments when there are service challenges. I cannot tell you how many lives she has saved through her quick action and great insight both on the phone and in the office.
