Jennifer Molder is one of the most dedicated nurses that I have had the pleasure to work with in my career. She shows kindness and compassion to patients, families, and staff. I have watched her care for many patients over the two years that I have known her. Just recently, she floated to 6 East and was the nurse to a gentleman who had a dementia diagnosis and was having a very difficult time losing his independence. As challenging as he was to care for at times, Jennifer always showed him patience. She treated him with kindness and respect and allowed him to maintain his dignity during this difficult time. She explains everything to the best of her ability to her patients and helps ease their anxiety. She has worked in a charge nurse role and now a float pool role. She is always a pleasure to work with and helps her co-workers when needed. Jennifer truly deserves this prestigious recognition.
