Jenn was amazing at explaining every process of my birth to me and showed me all of my options. She was there to help me through the pushing and contractions and helped motivate me to keep going. After I gave birth, my baby struggled to breathe 3 different times. She was there each time and noticed the signs and helped my baby breathe better again. She also helped us when my baby ended up in the NICU for a few hours and helped explain what needed to happen next. As someone who has anxiety, having these processes and situations explained to me was very comforting and reassuring.
