Jenny has been our MVP at The Woodlands for our transplant patients. Recently, we have had to ask for her assistance in coordinating nurse visits including Neupogen injections and pentamidine inhalation treatments- all to help parents and patients by saving them a long drive to the main campus. Most of these encounters are short notice but Jenny responds in a timely manner with her availability so that we get the ball rolling.

It was a bit difficult initially coordinating between 2 campuses (scheduling the nurse visit and placing orders while being unable to see the orders at Woodlands)- yet she found a way to avoid future confusion and now we have a plan that has been working! Jennifer explains everything thoroughly and I feel comfortable that my patients will be taken care of. She truly makes a difference for the families and patients and they highly appreciate having this resource. The families have expressed how much of a pleasure she is to work with. If anyone deserves this DAISY Award, it's 100% Jenny Jeter! She has been helpful without hesitation and communicates full circle with our department. Mrs. Jenny, our interactions have only been through phone or email but I can always hear a smile and willingness to help us. We can never say "Thank You" enough!
