JJ is extraordinary. I simply don’t know where to begin. She is perfect at her profession. Not only beyond knowledgeable regarding treating her patients medically but so very kind and patient. She treated us as though we were her only patient and I watched her go room to room treating each and every other patient at the exact same time. She is truly one in a million. Parkwest is beyond blessed to have such a qualified, kind, personable, experienced, ‘do it all’ positive kind of employee. I could honestly go on and on.

Not only does she assist her patient in every way possible but she goes out of her way to be sure the family is comfortable. She makes sure everyone is comfortable and answers any questions or concerns. There were several times she talked with us and answered questions we had with great knowledge, kindness, and honesty. She truly cares about her patients and their families. We are all in awe of her ability to not only do her job but to do it with all the grace, kindness, and patience anyone could ask for.

JJ is such a large asset to this hospital. I cannot possibly express that enough or even begin to put it into words that give her the full credit she deserves. We are overwhelmed with gratitude. She has made this incredibly difficult experience as pleasant as anyone possibly could. Thank you to JJ. Please use her as an example of how all nurses should be.
