A patient returned to the ER after being discharged because he was having problems with his prescription and insurance. Jen was made aware of his problem and called the pharmacy and was able to fix the problem he was having with the prescription and made sure it was covered under his insurance with no copay. The patient appreciated all Jennifer did for him.

The ER is a busy place and it's important to address people's emergency medical needs quickly. Our nurses also know personal interactions are essential to delivering outstanding care. Jennifer goes above and beyond when she sees a patient who may need extra reassurance or resources. Salinas Valley Health is fortunate to have her as part of the team.
