I have an autoimmune disorder, so of course I have visited the ER more than once, since that's one of the joys of the disease. When I walked into the ER, just having been there less than a month prior, Jennifer acknowledged me and treated me like an individual just walking in for the first time. She understood all my medical conditions and was very attentive. Having an autoimmune disease, most nurses are hesitant to treat because we are seen so frequently. Jennifer made me feel comfortable; she was friendly and supportive. I have waited to write thisuntil I wasn't in so much pain and so I could give her the honor that is due. I've been seen by so many nurses, but she took thetime to stop by my room even after she assessed me. She made sure I had warm blankets and came back to make sure I was doing well. She passed off her positive energy and great vibe onto the other nurses and doctors, which really helped the treatment I received. She was amazing!
