Jennifer was a shining star during a very stressful. I had a reverse shoulder replacement. It was a very long and difficult 24 days before I had an accident, and it took that long for Workman’s Comp to approve the surgery. I was walking around with a displaced humerus with several fractures. Needless to say, it was very emotional and painful 24 days leading up to surgery. I was extremely anxiety-ridden and emotional that day.
Jennifer immediately calmed me down. I will never forget her bubbly attitude a reassurance that she would take care of me. She eased my fears and explained everything in detail. She even had me singing Motown just before going under. I will never forget her in this most difficult time. We need more nurses in this world like her and LIJVS is very lucky to have her.
