My husband came into the emergency department and had to stay overnight. In the morning I called and spoke to Jennifer about my husband’s status. Her calming demeanor and reassurance were what I needed more than she knows. She was kind and patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. My husband can be demanding and Jennifer did not blink an eye at his many outbursts. She called me several times to give me updates on how he was doing and what the plans were for his care.

Thankfully my husband was able to go home this afternoon. When we were discharged, Jennifer made it a point to walk us out and assist my husband into the car. She even assisted me to the car because I had to park further away. I can’t thank Jennifer enough. I know how busy you all are and how tirelessly you all work. But we got lucky with Jennifer she made us feel like we were family.
