Jennifer came into our delivery room for the birth of our daughter. She was not our primary nurse but when things took a slight turn for the worse she instantly took charge and made every right call. She talked my wife through the entire process of giving birth while the epidural had not kicked in. About an hour after the birth of our daughter my wife had several complications that brought the attention of more than 10 nurses, doctors, etc. into our room. It was a very scary time for my wife and me, and Jennifer was the one who knew what to do. She walked us and the staff through what was happening and what would happen next. Without her I believe things would have been very difficult and definitely not gone as smoothly as things did with her guidance. Once things calmed down, my wife and I both thanked her. My exact words to her were, "we felt comfortable knowing she was here with us." After spending the night here at the hospital Jennifer came to our room again and sat down with us and visited. This was not during her working hours and she was here at work for a meeting. She went so above and beyond anything I could have expected. My wife and I both said she is the nicest lady we have met and she knows her stuff. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you, Jennifer, we appreciate you!
