Her exceptional ability and willingness to educate has been unparalleled in my two years as a patient here. I have had one appointment with Jennifer in the Cancer Prevention Center for a scheduled biopsy/surgical excision of a lesion on the top of my head on. Of the near two years as a patient with dermatology, ten appointments, this was by far the best experience I have had. I was not afraid of it hurting anymore after talking to her because she made me feel like my sister makes me feel. I felt like she cared and I trusted her to really try hard to make sure it did not hurt. We talked the entire time and it did not hurt one bit. To me this demonstrated her extraordinary clinical skills.
