Jennifer is a Team Lead on Unit 42 and deserves this award for many reasons. First and foremost, she is just amazing. As one of the Team Leads on Unit 42, she is a fabulous role model for new and seasoned nurses alike. Day in and day out, she exhibits behaviors of excellence. She has excellent clinical skills and always seems to know the answer to any question or problem. If a crisis or question arises, Jen is there. She is also a great team player. I always see her running around getting call lights and bed alarms no matter how busy she is. She is an incredibly hard worker. She always has a great pulse on the unit and seems to know all patients and their family members. One of my favorite things about Jen is that I know she really cares. I know this is not "just a job" for Jen. She believes in this unit and what we are doing here for the patients and is always looking for ways to improve the things we do.

Jennifer is an exceptional team leader, nurse, role model, coworker, and person. Her dedication to the nursing profession and our Unit makes her very worthy of this award. Thanks for all you do, Jen!
