I've experienced frequent hospital stays in my 91 years of existence making me overqualified to evaluate the extraordinary care I received from Jennifer, way beyond the norm! She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I required. She noticed uneaten food and ordered something more palatable. When providing meds she engaged me in a dialog to make me feel like I was the only patient in the facility.
What a wonderful RN, performing way beyond what is expected of her! And doing her job with an infectious smile!
