Jenny looked after a young, vulnerable, and very unwell patient in the Emergency Department. Due to the nature of his illness, there were lots of discussions around his bed in terms of treatment plans. He was very scared and was admitted to the ICU. Thankfully he made a full recovery and was able to share his story. “Jenny saved me that day and gave me hope that I would be ok. If not for her, I would not have gotten through it. It was a simple hand on my shoulder from Jenny and a calm voice that brought me back to life.”
