We would like to recognize Jennifer Whiffin, nurse manager of perioperative scheduling for MEETH & Lenox, for her hard work and dedication in supporting the operations of our organization. When we think about Jennifer a few things come to mind: she is the calm in the eye of the storm. Her superpower is making clinical information relevant to those who are non-clinical. She is bright, multitasks, pays attention to detail, and is organized. She juggles so much and makes it look easy. Jennifer is highly respected by all and is always welcoming to those around her. She encourages the team to ask questions and is helpful in finding solutions. Her team admires the way she has created a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment. Lastly, Jennifer spearheaded our coordination of care conference which was a huge initiative in educating our surgical coordinators in order to strengthen MEETH's partnership with our doctor's offices and send patients for surgery. The success of MEETH's operations are in largely due to Jennifer's leadership and we are truly thankful for her.
