During my stay on 2 West after cardiac cath, Miss Jenny made me feel more like a family member than a patient. She showed concern over my welfare and comfort. She was very friendly and outgoing to make me feel at home during my stay. Prior to discharge, she seemed concerned over how long it was taking. It was not her fault, but she kept me posted on what was taking so long. Real Sweetheart. I watched her performance around co-workers. Seems like a real team player.
