Jerald was neat in appearance, always pleasant, and ready with the meds he needed to dispense. In the 12 days there, he never had to go and get something he missed. When I was given a water pill, Jerald never let me think that I asked to go to the bathroom too many times during his shift. He was also very nice, asking me how I felt and if I had any concerns, he could help me with. Thank you for my time at Encompass. You have a lot of good nurses and Jerald was the one I would like for you to let know that he made a difference in my stay at EHC.
