I was never fond of MetroHealth, yet after today's visit, my view took a 180-degree turn! I was greeted and helped with care by some folks that were really nice. I had a PA and his shadower who were both phenomenal in answering all my questions and who were courteous and kind. Even the paramedic I had was super friendly and struck me well.

Last, but certainly not least, Jerome McCaleb who went above and beyond - he is caring, kind, and outgoing in his work. He made me feel important in what I had to say, and I appreciated how great he was to me today; it made me feel a lot better being in the Emergency Room compared to being in another ER.

Good care from great teams makes a huge difference. Thank you!
