Jerry Leavitt, RN

My husband has been in and out of the hospital several times. He has always had really nice nurses who do their job and do it well, but Jerry Leavitt on ACT really stands out to us as being a very loving and compassionate nurse who really cares for his patients and their family members. My husband has had Jerry several times as his nurse and each time has been so informative. He always explained what was happening, and he was always uplifting and positive. He is truly one of the people who loves his job and not the title. He is one of the most helpful and compassionate nurses my husband has ever had. He will not be forgotten by me or my husband.
