I am a student nurse at GGC and today I got to shadow and work with nurse Jessamy. I have never met such a caring nurse, with a beautiful sense of humor, always happy and encouraging; so very helpful and quick to respond to all of her patients.
Not only that, it happened at least twice today, when a nurse was not available and she was very helpful to patients other than hers. She never complains and she has a genuine caring heart providing a holistic approach for all of her patients.
As a teacher, she took me under her wing and took time out of her very busy schedule to explain to me, meds and procedures. Every time I will be on this floor I really I hope I have her as my nurse. She gives selflessly to invest in other students to create better nurses of tomorrow.
