Jessica is very strict, responsible, and capable of anything. One time, the doctor ordered a certain medication but she said it could not be given with this other medication I was taking because it would cause really bad side effects. The doctor said to "just give it", she said "No. I'm responsible for her health, so check your meds before you order." The doctor insisted and she refused. She had a talk with the doctor and finally he understood.
She was new as an RN then, but now she's still very careful with meds. She really explains to the patient and family clearly about diagnostics together with doctors. She is such a good Nurse and is easy to get along with not only patients but with all staff and others. She's very professional.
