Jessica went above and beyond every time we called or every time she checked on us. She was so friendly and so approachable that we often came up with questions on the spot and she always had a very descriptive and detailed answer. She also knows how to read people extremely well. If I didn't remember what she just told me, she would notice and make it more clear with another example. It was so relieving knowing we could ask her anything. There wasn't ever a time she left without answering or helping out tremendously. We haven't wanted to bring back (in the future) our child to anyone before to show them how their teachings had helped us - until we met Jessica.
