I was a patient at Memorial and I wanted to thank all of the staff for the wonderful patient care I received while there.Everybody was so kind and caring. I especially would like to thank the most outstanding nurse I have ever encountered, Jessica Akers!I have been in and out of medical facilities for the past five years, and I've never had a more outstanding nurse. If it wasn't for Jessica's expertise, efficiency, and quick response, I would not be here today writing this.Because of Jessica, I got to see my daughter graduate from high school! I just wanted to let you know how thankful and grateful I am for this incredible woman.She will always be in my heart for what she did for me and my daughter.
