Jessica was amazing! She was always 2 steps ahead and if she didn't have the answer, she always came back with it. She had such a kind and caring bedside manner. I never felt rushed and always felt important in her care. She helped me through my very first chemo infusion and I couldn't have asked for a more caring person by my side. I was scared and emotional and she took her time with me, explained slowly and didn't rush through her time with me. She took interest in me, asked questions and engaged and made me feel like she truly cared.
