Jessica King 2023, RN

My mom had celebrated her 76th birthday days before going to the ER with problems breathing. She was home for only days before going back to the ER with the same issue. All of the staff were extremely nice, but one person stood out among the many. Jessica had something that the others didn’t have. She was kind, and you could tell it was natural, and she always wore a smile. She was understanding, attentive, and confident. Jessica is a great asset to your patients at St. Mary’s Hospital. She made my mom’s time in the hospital in a painful situation much more bearable. Not having to worry about an impatient and unempathetic nurse. Jessica was indeed a breath of fresh air. Thank you for being what we needed in a scary situation. Thank you for being you.
