Jessica goes above and beyond the call of duty. We have a patient on the floor who is homeless and has mental health issues. Jessica is a hairdresser on the side. She brought in her own supplies and set up a time to come and cut this gentleman's hair. Being a hairdresser myself, I don't think people know what kind of hardship this can be to cut through matted unkept, and dirty hair. When she was done he was so happy, this has totally changed the patient's whole demeanor.
