One of the commendable characteristics of Jhulie June A Lingutan is her willingness to undertake any task, no matter how complex, without hesitation. She is one of the detailed Enlisted Personnel- Provisional Staff Nurses (EP-PSN) rotated in Camp Evangelista Station Hospital (CESH) 4th Infantry Division (4ID), Philippine Army as an Isolation duty Nurse. One of her duties and responsibilities includes assisting confirmed COVID-19 patients during their admission and providing them with the appropriate orientation of the Isolation Facility. She is committed to implementing the guidelines on COVID-19 health management for all military, dependents, and civilian human resource personnel within the 4ID Area of Responsibility (AOR). She has actively participated in the educational program of patients and significant others through virtual interaction or telemedicine to minimize unnecessary exposure of healthcare workers to patients in the isolation area. Her initiatives and prompt action contributed to the overall success of the CESH in monitoring and reporting COVID-related cases within the 4ID AOR.
