Jill McSparrin, RN, PCCN

Jill is such a compassionate and caring nurse. My mom is 91 years old and sometimes gets confused. Jill has treated her with kindness and respect. She took the time to explain what it meant to be incubated in a way that my mom could understand and comprehend. She kept us informed. She was professional, friendly, patient, and always checking in on Mom and the rest of the family. Jill explained things in a way we could understand. She respected my mom, even though she was out of it. Jill didn’t just take care of the patient but also took care of the family. She would greet me when she saw me and she explained test results to me thoroughly. Anyone who has Jill as their ICU nurse is a very lucky patient.
