My mother had a seizure while admitted to the hospital for dehydration and weakness. I came from Florida to be with my mom and was flooded with new information regarding her health status, which was overwhelming. We received the majority of information and lab results immediately. Jim did a wonderful job at keeping me and my family informed on lab results, new orders from the doctors and test being ordered. He offered great emotional support and truly embodies what it means to care for the whole patient and not just an admitting disease/problem. I am a nurse and he has inspired me to do even better by my patients. Thank you, Jim, for the care and support you provided to my mother and me. I am forever grateful.
