Jimmy Huggins was nominated by the wife of a patient he cared for. She stated, "Each time Jimmy came into the room, he smiled, and he sang, joked and made burdens lighter. With each care he explained and kept us aware of what was taking place. He was extremely competent and thorough. My husband was weak and had not regained an ability to speak.
