I told Jimmy that I was experiencing a fast heart rate. He immediately looked at the pacemaker settings and noted that the settings were not set correctly which he discussed with the doctor and his night shift boss and in a few minutes he figured out what the issue was and fixed it and I was able to sleep without worry knowing Jimmy was my nurse. He is a very good teacher because he explained everything that was going on to a new nurse that he was orienting. He is a compassionate caring nurse too. Every day he is on shift regardless if he is my nurse or not he stops by to explain my rhythm to me and the progress I have made and reassures me that it shall be well. Jimmy, you have made me a better person from the care you gave me. I sure will emulate you when I get back to work. Keep up the good job you are doing. Thank you.
