I wish I could put into words how much having Jincy as my nurse made such a difference in my hospital stay. She was the most caring and compassionate nurse I came across during the very long 3-week stay. Being in the hospital without answers and being in situations that would normally be so difficult, Jincy made me feel like everything was going to be ok and she made me feel respected, human, and cared for, like I was family. She started each shift with tremendous care and compassion, and she ended the shift the same way. She is an excellent nurse, and I cannot thank her enough. I wish every patient was treated the way that Jincy treated me. She is one in a million.
