Joan has always been there every step of the way since I received my transplant a year ago. I have had a few complications and she has been so supportive and encouraging along the way. She is the best. She is only a phone call away and always makes me feel better in this new journey of life called transplant. She has eased all of my fears and concerns along the way. She is so helpful. THE BEST!
