Joan was pleasant to deal with and she could see I was anxious rushing my recovery. Before I would go into a full-blown panic attack she would say something and take me to a whole new place and state of mind. She is smart and you won't get anything over on her. I'm not good at being sick or dealing with sickness but Joan was able to connect with me. No matter how much I had her running all night long she had the empathy and compassion of a saint and treated me like a human being. Thank you so much, Joan.
