Joanna is an extraordinary nurse. She is very genuine, passionate and is very detailed. She is exceptional at communicating and translating information that we can understand in our own terms. Her honesty and passion offers an incredible bedside manner that we always look for in doctors and nurses in the hospitals. You can sense the warmth in her personality which automatically makes you feel comfortable immediately as you first meet her. As a parent to a special needs daughter, the reality is, our daughter will need care constantly and to know that Joanna is here, we would feel comfortable and reassured that we are receiving the best care possible. I believe that she is an asset to the St. Rose Dominican team and she deserves the Daisy Award.
