Joanna is my nurse who has been helping me through the process of my condition, MS. Throughout the entire time of me finding out about this condition, she has been there like a little angel. Helping me find the right physicians who can also assist with all the issues I have. She has gone above and beyond to help me while I have been on disability leave. She has even written a letter to my landlord describing my condition and problems so that I would not get evicted. I have never had someone who goes above and beyond to help me as a patient. I have had so many bad experiences with nurses and doctors that I really don't have a good outlook on them. But with Joanna, she really cares and really appreciates her patients. I am forever grateful she is my nurse!
