Jo is always so helpful and goes out of her way to make our patients' experience fantastic! I have even seen her pay for biscuits and drinks out of her own money frequently for our patients to help them feel at ease.
Jo is always willing to help no matter how busy we are, she's always running around the clinic making sure the patients are looked after. Jo also checks on her colleagues to make sure their ok and not overwhelmed.

Jo has always gone above and beyond for every patient whatever the situation is. She has always shown compassion, care, respect, and kindness not only to her patients but to her colleagues too, and has always maintained professionalism.

I have known Jo for 15 and a half years since she was in health care, and she is an outstanding Staff nurse, she is caring and compassionate with all the patients that visit our clinics she practically runs the department with all the jobs that she does in clinic.
Jo makes every patient feel valued and creates the best patient experience. She made sure vulnerable patients are supported and able to get home ok after an appointment.
A truly amazing and excellent example of nursing.

Joanne is a nurse in the Ophthalmology clinic who goes above and beyond to make patients feel at ease. She is always so helpful and goes out of her way to make our patients' experience fantastic! Not only does she do all this but she works extremely well with the reception team, doctors, and nurses in clinic. She is also someone who always provides great feedback about other team members, and always recognises when people really need that extra bit of help. Patients and the admin team at the desk often comment and give feedback about her and the way she is so polite, patient and so caring with them. Joanne communicates so well, is very enthusiastic and is always sharing new ideas and ways of working to help, and really shows everyone how working together collaboratively makes all the difference! We are proud to have her in the Ophthalmology clinic!
