Jocelyn came to us from UW to be part of our Cardiac Team. It did not take us long to realize that we got a gem. She is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Surgeons love working with her because she anticipates their needs and does not hesitate to offer help. She flexes her time to accommodate the needs of her patients. She provides outstanding customer service to our patients, surgeons and co-workers, service with a smile! Her patients are very pleased with the excellent care that they receive from her. She takes time educating them and answering their questions. She genuinely cares for them, taking all necessary steps to make sure that they get excellent and safe care. With her wealth of experience, we quite often use her as preceptor. She is a great preceptor! She has a way of making her preceptee at ease and learns fast. She also does not hesitate to share how to get things done in a more efficient way. We are very fortunate to have Jocelyn!
