Jodi Arnold, RN, MHA, CIC
Jodi is always up for a challenge and willing to assist with anything that we need in the education department. Jodi willingly does additional research and presents on a timely topic for the Nurse Residency Program, usually with a new "Hot Topic" of the day. Specifically, this time I would like to acknowledge how Jodi stepped up to the challenge of COVID, with the ever-changing landscape we all found ourselves in last year. Jodi, among many, spent thousands of hours on conference calls and a local task force to be able to present a united front to our population of staff as well as patients. Offering the best, most current information as it came through the channels, to guide us in the safest way possible through the storm. I am not sure how long she was in this position when it all hit last year, but it seems like not long enough to face something of this magnitude. Her calm demeanor and practical approach to the matters at hand made the news and daily changes a bit easier to work with. I for one would like to thank Jodi for her leadership during the Pandemic.
