A patient said, "Jodie was supportive and allowed me to vent about how much I missed my family". To brighten the patient's spirits, Jodie sent a gift bag later that day with a note saying, "For when you want to hug your children." The patient cried when she looked inside the bag and found a teddy bear. She added, "Jodie is the kindest individual, and I'm glad to have her around during my stay."
