She was the most pleasant nurse I have seen. She is very caring and very attentive to her patients. She goes over and above on her job. She watched Mom closely, even though there was always family with her. She was attuned to her needs. She kept a close eye even on her state and when she saw a problem (depression) she got right on it. She is a true asset to your facility!!!
She does her profession proud. She radiates the room with her caring and compassionate personality. She cared for Mom as if she was her own Mom. She wasn’t just concerned with the medical aspect of her care but the emotional struggles as well. I was once an LPN and whenever I or a family member had a concern she would address it promptly and professionally. Mom had a lot of bradycardia and tachycardia and we believe that her concern and constant contact with the Doctor on this matter delaying her move to the 4th floor. We were very worried and knew that she needed that pacemaker for many years, especially now! So we thank God for her and nurses like her in CCU.
She has taken the lead on our unit. She is kind and compassionate with her patients; she serves as an advocate and goes the extra mile to assure that their needs are addressed. She has become involved in the patient experience and is leading the unit’s team to make changes and improvements. She is dedicated to CCMH and our unit. She wants patients to feel safe and she understands the importance of quality care. She has worked several extra shifts over the last few months to help the unit in time of need. She is always pleasant and fun to be around; she has the potential to make our unit a great place to work and a great place for patient care.
