Joelle Mwami, RN
Joelle Mwami was so helpful, and she went above and beyond the call of duty with my many requests. We had issues with my drip system and my sticks as I was stuck over 6 times, making the day worse. Joelle finds the right area. I am currently going through a hospital depression, and she listened to me and encouraged me that things would turn around and for me to reach out if and when I need help. Just her listening was all I needed to change my attitude. At that moment she became a friend and not just a nurse and she didn't owe me anything. She is truly a keeper. Thank you, Joelle, for just being you. She made sure to explain everything before doing it.
