He is a competent and caring person. During my contact with him, he made me feel I was in good hands. He explained everything he was doing and the purpose. He was reassuring and engaging and pleasant. As a nurse myself, I am able to recognize a good nurse when I see one.

He makes us feel comfortable with his care for my husband. He explained what he was doing, which gave us insight into my husband’s health problem and assured me that he was getting good care. He answered questions. He was congenial, knowledgeable, and competent. John answered my concerns with a friendly disposition, which gave me comfort because he didn’t make me feel as if I were pestering him. He loves his job and it shows.
