John Reinier Jimenez has fulfilled the health needs of patients and even exceeded their expectations. He has performed skills based on standards indicative of excellence. One patient said, "I never felt any pain when he removed my dressing nor did I feel any pain as he removed my heplock."

Despite his proficiency in skills, he has remained courteous and polite. He never boasted his commendations but instead remained humble. With this, he became a role model to his colleagues especially to the new nurses assigned in the unit.

These qualities continuously amazed Filipino and foreign patients and became an inspiration to all nurses.
