I was under the care of Joice in recovery following cervical surgery. Joice was by my side for nearly the full eight hours. She was very attentive, energetic, and such a fascinating person to be with. The time flew by quickly as she and I shared stories all the while she took precision care of me. She seemed to note my needs before I did. One example was my dry lips. She periodically applied Vaseline to them before asking as if she knew it was time.
She kept me well informed of EVERYTHING she was doing, telling me about meds, reiterating times of delivery, times of vital checks, you name it she was spot on and a pleasure to be with. Joice showed unabashed compassion and interest in me as a person and could not have been more attentive. She is a perfect fit for recovery. She went above and beyond to assume my comfort and safety. She deserves a raise!
