Joli Kucik was simply amazing. Not just to me, but also to the patients around me. She was proactive taking care of all our needs professionally and with genuine concern. She dealt with other staff courteously, but with authority, always with her patients' needs in mind. Despite the demands of the job and her busy schedule, she remained cheerful and positive. People like Joli are what make me think so highly of Clara Maass, yet she still manages to stand out among them.
