Joleen Qiu (RN) walked into the room the first night and her positive energy just lifted up my spirits. Joleen was very caring, she checked up frequently and explained everything she was going as well as made sure I was aware of the medication I was taking. She cared if I was in pain and when uncomfortable, she fixed how I was in the bed or chair to make me feel less pain. Joleen made my short stay pleasant. She has a passion for her job, and for people and I am very very thankful. She deserves recognition as she did her job 100% perfectly. Thank you for the great staff and how comfortable this hospital stay felt.
